Sleek Brow Kit (Light)

These brow kits have been on the beauty market for quite some time now, weather its the famous 'HD brow kit' or a 'Gosh Brow kit' i got my hands on one by sleek.
I had heard good things about this and was really excited to give it whirl

It comes in a sleek black compact, with a mirror ,having a mirror come with any product i buy is a plus! you get 4g of product and 3 mini tools including tweezers, angled brush, and a flat brush.  I bought mine from Superdrug for £7.99, i think this is really reasonable considering the mirror and tools it comes with.
This comes in two colours, mine is in light and there is one in dark.
The product on the left is the powder, it is nicely pigmented, i would describe it as a light brown with ashy undertones.  The product on the right is the gel , this is more warmer in colour and i really like the texture it gives my eyebrows.
I apply the gel first and then begin to set it with the powder.
I do use the tools they work well, but they can be fiddly as they are miniature but they defiantly are usable and great for traveling.

My Beauty Staples

Hi guys, i thought id do a ' beauty staples ' type post today as i love reading these myself and seeing what products people cant live without.  These are all products i swear by and basically need in my life :)

Moisturiser - I use moisturiser every single day, once before i go to bed and in the morning before i apply my  foundation.  I use this one in the morning because it absorbs really quickly into my skin so its really good for on the go.  Its a light moisturiser and keeps my skin hydrated for the day.  If i didn't have a moisturiser in the morning i basically couldn't apply my foundation as my skin is rather dry in the morning.

Concealer - If i only had to pick one make-up item to use for the rest of my life it would be concealer, i don't have suffer from promblem skin at all so foundation isn't a necessity for me.  So abit of concealer under my eyes to make me look awake and im good to go.  I think we have all heard about this concealer its very famous in the beauty world, its amazing this is my 4th tube!

Bronzer - I love to be tanned it just makes me feel better! so bronzer is a must for me, i use it every day .  I had recently caved and bought laguna bronzer from Nars  (review here)

Purple Shampoo - So if you haven't got blonde hair this wont appeal to you at all, but being a blonde myself this product plays an important part in my hair care routine.  It takes away any braziness/yellowness in my hair and makes it brighter.  I use this toner once/twice a week to maintain my colour.

Exfoliator - I really like to take care of my skin not just on my face but on my whole body.  So i exfoliate at least once a week to remove any dead skin cells (iwww) and to make my skin look brighter and healthy.  I really recommend this one from Soap&Glory, if you are an fake tan user, like me :),  this is amazing for removing fake tan.  This smells sooo nice of shea butter and sweet fruits, also i am just coming to the end of this and i have had it for a year and a half it lasts ages !

Cheap and Cheerful

I have been a lover of the Aussie conditioners for a few years now especially the 3 minute miracle one, but recently my mum picked up the Alberto Balsam conditioner from our local Tesco's and i have been really impressed!
I have always scanned past the Alberto Balsam range when looking for hair products because if im completely honest for 99p, YES 99P, i didn't think it would be amazing.  But i was completely wrong.

Ok so this smells BEAUTIFUL if you love the smell of coconut then literally get up now and buy this.  It lingers in your hair after its dry and i just swish my hair round all day and its great :) haha.
One of the other main factors which really surprised me about this product is how soft and nourished my hair feels after using it.  I have used more expensive conditioners than this and they haven't left me with the softness this gives.

On the back of the bottle it quotes 'It uses most of the ingredients you'll find in higher priced brands but at a great price'  (Which i didn't actually notice until i was taking these pictures).  So that's always a plus and for 99p you cant go wrong!  I really think the quality of this conditioner is amazing and the smell i can happily agree is heavenly.
